Policies & Important Information

Refund Policy

  • A 90% refund will be issued if requested at least four (4) business days prior to the start of class
  • No refunds will be issued after this deadline or once a class has begun
  • Certain programs (including online courses) may have different refund policies

If LSU Shreveport cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, a 100% refund will be issued.

Testing Center Policy

  • No refunds once a test has been started
  • No refunds for missed appointments
  • Testing fees are non-refundable
  • Appointments:
    • Must be scheduled in advance
    • May be rescheduled one time only
    • Require payment at the time of scheduling
