myÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is the web interface to LSU Shreveport's administrative systems. Some frequent uses for myÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ are student registration, student grades, student transcripts, faculty grade submission, and advisor tools.

FAQs

Question: I didn't receive/have lost my student id or PIN/password, can you help?

Answer: To retrieve your student id or password you will need to contact ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Information Technology Services. This can be done in several ways.

  1. Call Information Technology Services at 318-797-5221. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Central US timezone.
  2. File a ticket at . Please include your full name (ie, the name that is on your official ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ records) and a telephone number where we can reach you.

Both options 1 or 2 lead to us speaking to you in order to confirm some security information. If your home timezone is outside of the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ work day, then please file a ticket and we will send you a form that you may fax to us.

Question: My student id and password work for the MyÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ system, however they do not work for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Moodle or ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Student Email, can you help?

Answer: If you cannot get into Moodle or Student Email and it has been at least one business day since you registered for classes, please contact ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Information Technology Services and alert us to the problem. This can be done in several ways:

Question: When is my ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ account created and when do I get access to Moodle and Student Email?

Answer: Your MyÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ id/password are created upon the submission of your application to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. If you have previously been a student at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ or undertaken dual enrollment work with the university, your id/password already exist as you only receive one unique record in the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ database. Your Moodle and Student Email accounts are created after you have registered for classes for the first time at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. If you are a FIRST time ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ student, your Moodle/Student Email accounts are created the next day after you register and the classes you registered for should appear on your My Courses list. If you are a returning ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ student, your Moodle account should reflect your registered classes within 2 hours of your enrollment.
